Please note that Snakewood Editions will not cover any potential customs fees for deliveries outside of the EU.
Where is my order? Can I track it?
All customers will receive a tracking code once their product has been shipped. You will need to create an account in our web store to access all order details.
When will pre-orders be shipped?

Master Quality – 96kHz/24bits WAV (Highest Quality)
Our CDs use 16-bit/44.1kHz encoding, a standard established in the early 1980s. Today, we provide music recorded and distributed at greater bit depths and sampling rates. These high-definition files use 24-bit encoding, allowing for a much wider dynamic range compared to CDs, with sampling rates up to 96kHz. This ensures a closer experience to studio sound.
How long will it take to download a CD?
Download time depends on your internet connection speed.
Do you have a download manager?
Not at this time.
Can I download directly to my iPad/tablet/smartphone?
Yes, you will receive an email with download links that you can open from any device.
What do I need to play HD downloads?
HD files are in WAV format and can be played on nearly any device or software. You can save your files to a USB drive or connect your computer to your audio devices to enjoy the music.
Do I get a booklet?
Yes, you will receive a PDF version of the booklet.
Can I make copies of my downloads?
Yes, you may make copies for personal use only.
Will I receive the cover art?
Yes, along with the booklet.

You can download the CD files in a .rar format. Several applications can open RAR files, including:
