Snakewood e-shop respects your privacy. We handle your personal information in a respectful manner. We are responsible for all personal information given to us by you, such as name, address, and other obligatory information needed when registering as well as ordering at Snakewood. We will not pass any of your personal information to third parties.
The name and postal address are used when processing orders and delivering merchandise.
We use your e-mail address only for informations about your orders, payments and shipping.
For informations about new releases we can send information e-mails prior user’s consent.

Snakewood Editions must preserve by law sale and customer information for at least 10 years. This information should include:

- – The amount to be paid in local currency
- – The date and method of receipt of payment
- – The invoice
- – The name of the client
- – The information for determining the consumers country, i.e. their IP address and billing information
